AI finds you. Customers choose you.

For growth leads at B2B SaaS

Your prospect just asked ChatGPT to compare you with a competitor. Who did it recommend?

Buyers now shortlist in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini before they open a demo form. We ask the category, alternative and comparison questions your buyers ask, many times over, and show you which products get named and whether yours is one of them.

No credit card for the free scan. Plans from $58.33 a month billed annually, cancel anytime.

The shortlist

Four kinds of questions decide your shortlist.

Category questions: best customer support software for a 50 person team. Alternative questions: alternatives to a named competitor that cost less. Comparison questions: you versus that competitor, side by side. Integration questions: which tools work with the stack a buyer already runs.

Each assistant answers each of these with two or three names and a reason. If you are not one of the names, the buyer moves on without a trace in your analytics. If you are named with an old price or a feature you dropped two releases ago, that is what the buyer believes.

The scan shows you which questions name you, which never do, and what each assistant read to reach its answer.

What you get

Real answers, counted honestly, one assistant at a time.

Category, alternative and comparison questions

We write the questions in your buyer's words: best in category, alternatives to a named competitor, you versus them, and what integrates with what. You review and adjust the list.

Named or not, on each assistant

Separate counts for ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Perplexity. In our measurements, most businesses were named by one assistant and never once by another. A blended score hides exactly that.

What the assistants are reading about you

The review sites, comparison posts, docs and community threads each assistant cited. Which say the right thing, which are stale, and which competitor pages appear where yours does not.

Example finding

What a finding looks like for a business like yours.

Every finding names the assistant, the count, the range, the sources it read, and what we recommend. Nothing on faith. Yours come from your own scan, tied to the exact answers behind them.

Perplexity, alternatives questions, 3 of 45Example, not a real customer

For questions asking for alternatives to a named competitor, Perplexity named your product in 3 of 45 answers (range 3 to 12%). Two smaller competitors were named in more than 60%. In the answers you were missing from, Perplexity cited each of their comparison pages. You do not have one for that competitor.

What we recommend

Publish a comparison page for that competitor with current pricing and a plain feature table. Recheck Perplexity once it is indexed.

We check and we recommend. We do not execute, and we do not get paid when you do.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is free.

01

Tell us your product and your category

Your product, your category, the competitors you care about. Two minutes, no credit card for the free scan.

02

We ask, many times over

Every question goes to every assistant repeatedly. You see a range, not a single answer someone screenshotted on a good day.

03

You get named gaps and recommendations you can hand off

Each recommendation names the assistant, the source and the gap, specific enough for your content lead or agency to act on. We never sell the fix and never take a cut.

Common questions

What is a market for a software company?

Your product category, measured nationally: the questions a buyer anywhere in the country would ask about that category. Two products or two distinct categories are two markets. Starter covers one, Growth covers two. Extra markets are $49.99 a month. Email support@kensume.com to add one today.

Can we pick the competitors?

Yes. You name the competitors that matter, and the alternative and comparison questions are written around them. You can change the list as your market changes.

We already track brand mentions. How is this different?

Mention tracking tells you when your name comes up. This measures whether you are recommended for the questions that decide a shortlist, one assistant at a time, with the sources behind each answer. It is a count of real answers, not a sentiment feed.

Do the numbers move month to month?

Yes, and that is why every number carries a range. We ask each question many times per assistant, so you can tell a real change from noise. If nothing moved after a content push, the report says so.

Do you write the content?

No. We check and we recommend. The recommendations are specific enough for your content team or agency to execute without us. We do not sell the fix and do not take a cut, which is why the check can be believed.
