AI finds you. Customers choose you.

For any business customers search for locally, whatever the trade

You are in the answer, or you are not. See which one you are.

When someone in your city asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Perplexity for the best plumber near them, they get two or three names, not a page of links. We ask the same 50 questions for your service and city on every platform, then show what changes each week.

No credit card for the free scan. Plans from $49 a month, cancel anytime.

One lost customer

Do the math on one customer.

Put your own number on it. For a plumber, a water heater replacement. For an HVAC company, a system install. For a dentist, a patient who stays for years. For a med spa, a client who comes back every quarter. For a law firm, one signed case.

Now picture that person asking ChatGPT for the best option near them and getting three names. If yours is not one of them, you did not lose the job on price or reviews. You were never in the running. And you would never know it happened.

That is the whole question this page answers. For the questions your customers ask, in your city, is your business named or not.

What you get

Real answers, counted honestly, one assistant at a time.

Near me questions, in your city

We ask the questions your customers actually ask, like best emergency plumber in Mesa or dentist near me that takes new patients, in your service category and your city. Not a generic list.

Named or not, on each assistant

Five separate counts, one per assistant: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Perplexity. One assistant can name you often while another never does. A blended score would hide that zero.

Who is getting named instead

The competitors that appear in the answers you are missing from, head to head, one assistant at a time, with the actual answers and the sources each assistant read.

Example finding

What a finding looks like for a business like yours.

Every finding names the assistant, the count, the range, the sources it read, and what we recommend. Nothing on faith. Yours come from your own scan, tied to the exact answers behind them.

Google AI Overviews, 4 of 50Example, not a real customer

For emergency plumber questions in your city, Google AI Overviews named your business in 4 of 50 answers (current result 8%). It named two competitors in more than half. In the answers you were missing from, it cited Yelp and Angi pages. You do not have a listing on either.

The pages it read

  • yelp.com · cited in 27 of 50 answersThe market leader, Yelp profile, emergency service listed
  • angi.com · cited in 19 of 50 answersThe second plumber, Angi profile, 24 hour service

Suggested test

Claim and complete the Yelp and Angi listings, matching the hours and service area on your site. Recheck Google AI Overviews after they go live.

We measure, explain why an opportunity may matter, and suggest a test. We do not execute, and we do not get paid when you do.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is free.

01

Tell us your service and your city

Two minutes. Your business name, what you do, where you do it. No credit card for the free scan.

02

We ask the same questions every week

Every Benchmark checks the same 50 questions once on every platform. Four weekly snapshots show what changed and the range actually observed over time.

03

You get named gaps and what we recommend

Every recommendation names the assistant, the source it reads, and the exact gap. We do not sell the fix and we do not take a cut, so you can hand it to your web person or do it yourself.

Common questions

Is my kind of business covered?

Almost certainly. Kensume works for any business customers look for in a place, not a fixed list of trades. Home and property services, health and medical, legal and professional, restaurants and food, shops, beauty and fitness, auto and transport, events and hospitality are all covered, and you pick your own business type during signup. If yours is not one we have seen before, it still works: your questions are built from your category and your city either way.

I rank first on Google Maps. Does that carry over?

Not on its own. AI assistants do not read your rating or your map position; they read documents, and each assistant reads its own preferred set of sources. A business can rank first on Google Maps and still go unnamed in AI answers. The scan shows you which assistants name you and which never do.

What counts as a market?

One service category in one city. Plumbing in Tempe is one market. Plumbing in Tempe and Scottsdale is two. Plumbing and HVAC in Tempe is two. Market Check, Market Monitor and Full Benchmark each monitor one market at a time, and you can change which one without losing history. Packages that monitor several markets at a time, and the agency packages, are on the pricing page.

What does the free scan include?

One complete 50-question Benchmark across all five platforms, with your current visibility and competitive position. The answers, weekly changes, competitor comparison and recommendations come with a subscription. No credit card.

Do you fix it for us?

No. We check and we recommend. Every recommendation is written so your web person, your marketing agency or you can act on it without us. We never sell the fix and never take a cut, which is why the check can be believed.

How often do you measure?

It depends on the package: a Market Check once a month, a Market Monitor twice a month, the Full Benchmark every week with four selected-platform rechecks per cycle. You can move a scheduled Benchmark within its window. If nothing moved, the report says so.
