Privacy Policy

kensume measures how AI tools talk about businesses. To do that we collect only what the service needs: your account email, the business details you enter, and the scan results we produce for you.

What we collect. Your email and password (stored hashed), your business name, category, city, and website if you provide one, and the questions and answers from your scans.

What we do with it. We run your scans, build your reports, and email you about your own results. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the AI providers we query to produce your scan, and they receive only the market questions, never your account details.

Your data stays yours. Cancel anytime and your reports remain accessible to you. Ask us to delete your account and we delete it, including your scan history.
